IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE CANCELED CONCERT DATE!

Dear visitors and friends!

With July 14th, 2020 we have to announce that the replacement date for the concert of May 1st, 2020 and September 4th, 2020 has to be canceled or postponed due to circumstances that can be traced back to "Covid-19" .

What happens to the tickets I have already purchased?

Tickets purchased from the Brucknerhaus box office
The concert will be postponed to April 30, 2021, also in the main hall of the Bruckernhaus Linz. Tickets remain valid and do not have to be exchanged. If you are unable to attend the replacement date, tickets for LIVA's own events can be returned to the respective advance booking office up to one month before the new date. Ticket withdrawals are also possible by post or email. Send the tickets or a photo of your tickets including your contact details and your bank details (IBAN / BIC) to kassa@liva.linz.at or Brucknerhaus Linz, Service Center, Untere Donaulände 7, 4010 Linz.

Please note that there may be delays in remittances due to the increased workload in the Brucknerhaus.

Tickets purchased through clubs, works councils, etc.
In the next few weeks, please contact the place where you bought the tickets. In principle, the cards remain valid, although this applies equally to cards that were originally purchased for May 1, 2020 and September 4, 2020. Should you not be able to make the replacement appointment, there is of course also the possibility to get the ticket price back.

Please note that a remittance may be delayed due to the increased workload in the card office of the Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra.
